About This Course

The CRM course provides learners with an in-depth overview of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), a strategy and technology-driven approach to managing customer interactions throughout the lifecycle. Learners will discover Customer Relationship Management skills with a critical emphasis on understanding their customers and building long-term positive relationships.

Throughout the course, learners will be equipped with the skills to develop targeted marketing campaigns and utilise automation tools that can be used to manage day-to-day Marketing activities. They will learn how to leverage technology in marketing and improve marketing efficiency.

Learners will also be equipped to manage the sales process, create a sales prospecting plan including an initial sales pitch with an attention-grabbing hook, follow-up engagement and communication, retargeting messaging, etc. This module also deep dives into best practices of lead treatment and scoring through categorisation into Sales Qualified Leads (SQL), Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL), etc.

Learners will gain skills in delivering quality customer experiences and measuring the effectiveness of CRM initiatives. By completing the course, learners will have the knowledge and skills to effectively streamline customer relationship management and optimise sales and marketing performance.
